The floor area of 345 m² includes surface preparation and leveling, composite waterproofing, connection sealing of penetrations, 280 m² 10/10mm dry-pressed mosaic floor tiles in thin-bed method in sanitary areas, 65 m² 60/60 dry-pressed floor tiles in thin-bed method in entrance areas, 90 m granite natural stone skirting 60/20mm, transition profiles, finishing rails, cut-outs, and sealing of connection joints. The wall area of 760 m² includes surface preparation and leveling, composite waterproofing, connection sealing of penetrations, 760 m² 10/10mm dry-pressed mosaic wall tiles in thin-bed method in sanitary areas, 360 m coved skirting, integration of 30 mirrors flush with tiles, 8 inspection frames, corner profiles, finishing profiles, and sealing of connection joints.
