Tiling work for the new fire station building Rietberg: Laying and processing of tile coverings, including all necessary laying and sealing materials. Client-supplied ceramic wall, floor, mosaic, and plinth tiles must be transported within the building to their installation locations, professionally laid, and packaging materials disposed of. The service includes sealing, laying, and connection work for ceramic wall and floor coverings, production of composite seals according to DIN 18534 in shower, sanitary, wash hall, and wet areas, laying of wall and floor tiles including mosaic coverings, coved skirtings, plinth tiles, and the formation of all required connection, movement, and silicone joints. Additionally, substrate preparations, filling and leveling work, scaffolding, cut-outs for installations, seals at floor drains and drainage channels, and various natural stone and building board works are to be performed. Approximately 195 m² of wall tiles, 694 m² of floor tiles, 25 m² of mosaic coverings in shower areas, and extensive plinth, coved skirting, natural stone window sill, and sealing works are included. The services comprise all adhesives, grouts, and sealants, as well as all ancillary works for the complete and ready-to-use production of tiled surfaces.
