Flooring work for Adelby Primary School expansion in Flensburg

Floor covering work within the scope of the expansion of the Adelby primary school in Flensburg and the conversion of Building B. The project includes the new construction of a two-story and a one-story building with a total gross floor area of approx. 5,697.03 m² as well as renovation work in existing buildings. The main services include the installation of approx. 3,910 m² of chlorine- and plasticizer-free polyolefin floor covering (PO sheet material), approx. 120 m² of natural oak mosaic parquet on the mezzanine, and approx. 73 m² of linoleum sports flooring in the activity room. In addition, preparatory work such as filling the subfloor and the removal of approx. 290 m² of old textile floor covering must be carried out. The floor covering work dominates the tender.
