Fleet management and operational leasing of vehicles: Operational leasing for provider-owned vehicles with a monthly leasing rate. Fleet management for provider-owned vehicles includes: RCA, CASCO, vehicle registration, road tax, vehicle operations, vehicle maintenance (ITP), tires (maintenance, replacement, punctures, seasonal change, storage, transport), damage/franchise consulting, GPS monitoring. Fleet management for beneficiary-owned vehicles includes: Road tax, vehicle operations, vehicle maintenance (ITP), tires (maintenance, replacement, punctures, seasonal change, storage, transport), damage/franchise consulting, GPS monitoring. Car insurance services (RCA, CASCO) for beneficiary-owned vehicles are paid directly to the broker/insurer and are not part of the fleet management rate; franchises are paid directly by the beneficiary to the insurer. Related services (to be paid separately, not included in the monthly fleet management rate) for beneficiary-owned, operational lease, and other provider-owned vehicles include: Rent-a-car system vehicle rental, towing. Other services (to be paid separately, not included in the fleet management rate) for beneficiary-owned, operational lease, and other provider-owned vehicles include: Fuel supply (LPG, diesel, petrol), AdBlue and electricity charging, car washing, windshield fluid. Future vehicle models may include 1 Renault 5 BEV, 2 Duster hybrid, 3 Jogger hybrid, 4 Ford Ranger PHEV, 5 Toyota Hilux BEV electric, 6 Toyota ProAce City electric, 7 PRB special vehicle, with similar/equivalent models also potentially acquired. The value of the largest subsequent contract is 7,093,000 EUR (excluding VAT). Minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement and subsequent contracts are detailed in the tender documents, Chapter 3.1. The framework agreement duration is 48 months. Subsequent contracts will be concluded as follows: A subsequent contract with a duration of 48 months for operational leasing and fleet management for provider-owned vehicles. Subsequent contracts with a duration of 12 months for fleet management for beneficiary-owned vehicles, related services, and other services (for beneficiary-owned, operational lease, and other provider-owned vehicles).
