Flight Tickets for BNR Business Trips
Provision of flight tickets for passenger and baggage transport for domestic and international business trips for the Bulgarian National Radio (BNR): 24-hour service with request processing at least from 8:30 to 17:00 on working days, and if necessary, outside these hours, on weekends and holidays for urgent changes or new ticket issuance. Delivery of documents electronically or, upon request, in hard copy to the BNR building (Dragan Tsankov Blvd. No. 4, Sofia 1040) or another location specified by the client. Written responses to inquiries within 1 hour; confirmation of flight reservations within 1 hour after final selection. The estimated annual volume is approximately 160 tickets, with a projected total volume of 480 tickets for the 36-month contract duration. The number of tickets is an estimate and may be adjusted by the client. Further details are in Section II of the Technical Specifications.
