Land Consolidation for Mělčany u Ivančic

Land consolidation: Preparation of a proposal for complex land consolidation in the cadastral territory of Mělčany u Ivančic, including necessary geodetic works of the precision class for the renewal of the real estate cadastre according to Decree No. 357/2013 Coll. The aim is the spatial and functional rearrangement of property rights to land and related easements, making land accessible, and ensuring conditions for rational land management by landowners and increasing the ecological stability of the landscape. The results will serve for the renewal of the cadastral register and as an essential basis for spatial planning. The estimated area of the territory is 684 ha. The estimated scope of the land consolidation includes 3,537 parcels, recorded on 331 property sheets.
