Forestry services and tree felling for the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Zielona Góra (2027-2030)

Forestry services: Execution of works in forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, and other forestry services, including game management and meadow-agricultural management, within the forest districts of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Zielona Góra. Also included is tree and shrub felling on land covered by road investment implementation permits (ZRID), based on agreements between the forest districts and road managers. These services are procured through a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). The scope of services, including forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, game management, meadow-agricultural management, and other forestry services, is based on the estimated total quantities of work specified in Annex 2 of the tender documents for the DPS. Detailed descriptions and quality standards for individual orders within the DPS will be specified in the invitations to tender. During the execution of orders under the DPS, the contractor must comply with Polish law and regulations available at https://www.zielonagora.lasy.gov.pl/przetargi-zamowienia-zarzadzenia. In accordance with Article 95 of the Polish Public Procurement Law, the employment of persons performing timber harvesting and skidding activities under the DPS is required on an employment contract by the contractor or subcontractor, if these activities constitute work as defined in Article 22 § 1 of the Labor Code of June 26, 1974.
