Continuation of Planning and Construction of Expressway S19, Domaradz to Krosno Section, approx. 12.5 km

Continuation of planning and construction of Expressway S19: Section from Domaradz (excluding interchange) to Krosno (formerly Iskrzynia, excluding interchange), length approx. 12.5 km, from km 45+365.40 to km 57+900 (corresponds to 57+897.54 according to the construction project). Includes construction of the expressway with 2x2 lanes, 3.5 m lane width, 2.5 m hard shoulder width, and 5 m median strip; demolition of unaccepted engineering structures and other works performed by the previous contractor, with an option for reuse after inspection; road-related engineering structures; reconstruction of existing roads conflicting with the S19 route; additional service roads for adjacent areas; ground hardening for maintenance purposes; infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists; environmental protection facilities, including animal crossings; acoustic and anti-glare screens; infrastructure for facilities located along the expressway, including power supply and lighting networks, water supply networks, sanitary wastewater treatment networks and facilities, rainwater drainage with pre-treatment facilities, water and wastewater pumping stations, technological ducts; reconstruction of conflicting facilities and networks of existing underground and above-ground infrastructure, including demolition of buildings and structures; road signage and traffic safety devices; traffic management system; technological ducts; green landscaping; preparatory, auxiliary, and organizational works; removal and disposal of all identified invasive alien plant species (e.g., Japanese knotweed) and protection of permanent works from destructive effects of invasive plants from adjacent properties (e.g., in the Rosielna riverbed); removal and disposal of identified waste according to documentation. Contract value over 5,404,000 Euro. The contractor must personally perform key tasks: main route pavement (production and installation) and the remaining layers of the pavement structure above the subgrade (excavation) or embankment (fill), excluding material supplies and services. For these key tasks, third-party resources may not be used to meet participation conditions.
