Planning services for outdoor facilities: planning and technical support for the creation, redesign, or renovation of outdoor and green spaces, pathways, public squares, recreational areas, play and sports fields, furnishings, and other landscape architectural elements. The scope of services covers service phases 1 to 9 (basic evaluation, preliminary and design planning, approval planning, execution planning, preparation and assistance with procurement, object supervision, object support). This includes the development of planning and design concepts, the integration of technical, functional, ecological, and economic requirements, cost and schedule control, and ensuring proper execution. Outdoor facility planning encompasses the design and functional integration of access areas, pathways, recreational and green areas, parking facilities, retention and drainage systems. Upon contract award, the services for basic evaluation, preliminary planning, design planning, and approval planning will be commissioned first.
