Outdoor Facilities and Civil Engineering for Sports Hall Rostock

Earthworks: approx. 550 m³ earthworks including soil exchange, soil improvement, and disposal of contaminated soils. Construction of approx. 1,065 m² paved areas for driveways, paths, and bicycle parking, as well as approx. 225 m² temporary parking spaces. Installation of around 435 m of curb and edge restraints. New construction of rainwater drainage with approx. 185 m plastic pipelines DN 150 to DN 250, shafts, drains, and drainage channels. New construction of a drinking water pipeline with approx. 35 m PE pipe DN 50 including testing and disinfection. Demolition of existing supply and disposal systems including pipes, fences, and paved areas. Construction of fences with gate system, lock, and approx. 100 m chain-link fence. Furnishing of outdoor facilities with waste container box, waste bins, benches, grit bins, signage, and foot cleaning systems. Vegetation works with approx. 2,000 m² lawn areas, 70 m² shrub areas, 2 standard trees, 238 shrubs, and completion and development care.
