Landscape Planning for Windeck Castle Ruin

Object planning services for the landscape planning of Windeck Castle Ruin: planning, coordination, and approval up to execution planning, as well as object supervision. The project includes a viewing platform, path construction, development, and a public restroom facility. HOAI service phases 1-9 will be commissioned, in stages. Preliminary work, such as a landscape conservation accompanying plan and species protection assessments, is available. The deadline for the building permit is June 30, 2027, and the implementation period ends on March 31, 2029. Service phases 1-3 will commence shortly after contract award, phase 4 must be completed in time for approval by June 30, 2027, phases 5-7 are scheduled for June-December 2027, and phases 8 and 9 for the winter half-year 2028/2029.
