Landscape planning for the upgrade of Ellbachpark: Processing of service phases 1-9 according to § 39 HOAI, including special services, for a central, contiguous green area of over 9 ha. The planning area comprises a gross open space of approx. 65,000 m² (excluding water bodies). The measure includes a partial renovation and upgrade with objectives such as increasing the quality of stay, restructuring and zoning, improving accessibility and safety, de-sealing areas, creating retention spaces, new planting of climate-resilient trees, creating/upgrading climate-resilient, biodiverse areas and urban green elements, using durable and ecological building materials, creating/upgrading paths and squares, implementing blue infrastructure elements, and creating/upgrading playgrounds and sports facilities. The Ellbachpark concept study forms the basis.
