Outdoor Facilities Planning for Hoffmann-von-Fallersleben Gymnasium, Stage 1 New Building

Outdoor facilities planning (9,000 m²) according to §39 HOAI for the extension new building, including access to the building and connection to the main building's outdoor facilities (Primanerhof), as well as for the outdoor sports areas. This includes technical support for planning extensive green roofs in combination with a PV system, creation of a flood certificate (including determination of catchment areas for drainage points, assignment of peak runoff coefficients, determination of water quantities at drainage points, determination of overflow volume based on 30-year and 100-year rain events, proof of harmless overflow on the property, retention planning, site plan with calculations for rainwater quantities and retention options), coordination meetings with the plant planner and structural engineer, drainage planning considering existing connections and rainwater utilization, planning of utility routes for electricity and other lines, and supervision of development care as a special service. The planning must include barrier-free access and support the CO2 neutrality of the new building from 2030.
