Landscape Planning for Hoffmann-von-Fallersleben Gymnasium New Building Phase 1

Landscape planning (9,000 m²): Planning of the newly created outdoor facilities at the new building and redesign of the school sports areas. This includes landscape planning according to §39 HOAI for the extension new building, with access to the building and connection to the outdoor facilities of the main building (Primanerhof), and landscape planning according to §39 HOAI for the outdoor sports areas. Further services are technical assistance for the planning of extensive green roofs in combination with a PV system, the creation of a flood verification (comprising determination of catchment areas of drainage points, assignment of peak runoff coefficients, determination of water volumes at drainage points, determination of flood volume based on 30-year and 100-year rain events, proof of harmless flooding on the property, planning of retention, site plan with calculations for accumulating rainwater volumes and their retention possibilities), coordination meetings with the plant planner and structural engineer, drainage planning considering existing connections and rainwater utilization, planning of utility routes for electricity and other lines, and monitoring of development care as a special service. The planning must provide for barrier-free access, protect the trees near the sports hall, and consider a terrace area south of the new building. The use of rainwater, e.g., for irrigating green areas, shall be enabled.
