Fleet Management System

Fleet Management Software: Cloud-based system (SaaS) for central administration, control, and optimization of vehicle fleets for up to 9,000 vehicles. Core functions include vehicle management, maintenance and service management, driver and license management, pool vehicle administration, fuel and energy cost management, GPS tracking and telematics (optional/deactivatable), cost and contract management, reporting and analysis, damage and accident management, workshop and warehouse integration (internal workshop planning), digital logbook, interfaces and integration, and an app. The scope of services also includes implementation, migration of existing data, user training, and ongoing support and maintenance for the entire contract duration. Thüga Aktiengesellschaft procures as a central body for approximately 100 companies of the Thüga Group; individual framework agreements are based on EVB-IT Cloud contracts.
