Full-Service Leasing for the Knappschaft Kliniken Group: Framework agreement for full-service kilometer leasing with up to five (5) framework partners for a contract duration of 36 months. The scope of services includes vehicle provision via kilometer leasing, registration and deregistration service, maintenance and inspection including general inspection (HU/AU), tire service including seasonal change and storage, damage management including repair control and documentation, replacement mobility for cars, 24/7 assistance for cars, fuel and charging card management including organizational processes, process for recording and reimbursing home charging for electrified vehicles, UVV inspection, driving license control, digital contract and document management, provision of a browser-based online portal, digital vehicle card, reporting and SLA control, return process including diminished value and objection process. Excluded are fuel and energy costs, GHG quotas, and motor vehicle insurance as an insurance contract/premium component. An optional extension to full-service leasing of commercial vehicles (light commercial vehicles, vans, box vans, chassis, vehicles with special bodies, heavy commercial vehicles/trucks if road-legal and market-standard) is planned, with damage control being optional and replacement mobility and 24/7 assistance not mandatory for commercial vehicles; further items as per the tender documents.
