Foundations for Well Works at Natural Gas Storage Facilities
Construction of well shafts, well foundations, and access roads with concrete elements or crushed stone paving, including reclamation works at natural gas storage facilities. The well foundations are made of reinforced concrete elements, each with an area of at least 3,000 m² to 5,000 m². A total of 15 well foundations are planned over 3 years for 247 CH wells. The framework agreement has a net value of 780,000,000 HUF, with a mandatory order commitment of 70%. For equivalent solutions to the prescribed concrete elements, a geotechnical expert opinion on load-bearing capacity is required. Concrete elements must meet at least compressive strength class C30/37 and environmental class XC2 (MSZ 4798:2016), and reinforcing steel B500B (MSZ EN ISO 15630-1:2020). Alternatively, geotechnical-static conformity declarations for layer thickness, compaction (min. Trp=85%), and load-bearing capacity (min. E2=120 MPa – Tt>2.2 t) can be submitted according to e-ÚT 06.02.11 and other standards such as MSZ EN 13242:2002+A1:2008 and MSZ EN 1997-1:2006.
