Construction of foundations with power and data connection: per lot, three unreinforced foundations on a gravel bed, including media connection with 230 Volt power supply, network connection, and potential equalization. Underground cables are to be laid in KG pipes or KabuFlex pipes DN110; entries are to be opened and properly sealed after laying.
