Foundation Repair and Corrosion Protection for Portals of 110 kV Open Switchgear Topolovgrad Substation
Construction works for the 110 kV Open Switchgear Topolovgrad Substation: demolition of reinforced concrete foundations under equipment designated for replacement and new construction; recasting/restoration of concrete cross-section of foundations; demolition of existing reinforced concrete shafts and construction of new ones; laying of new HDPE double-layer corrugated duct pipes SN 8 DN 125; recasting/restoration of concrete cross-section for 9 foundations for emergency lighting poles; removal of 8 foundations for control cabinets; dismantling of 20 fence panels and 22 metal columns, including breaking up the strip foundations underneath them; replacement of busbar for grounding and lightning protection installations (excavation for laying grounding busbar with backfilling and compaction, delivery and installation of hot-dip galvanized steel busbar 50/5 mm and hot-dip galvanized grounding rods); anti-corrosion protection for steel portal structures (columns and beams).
