Radio Communication Infrastructure for Emergency Medical Services in Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship

Delivery and installation of radio communication infrastructure: 52 mobile radio telephones Motorola MXM600 Remote TEA2 (or equivalent), 104 portable radio telephones Motorola MXP600 TEA2 (or equivalent), 50 mobile UHF+GPS antenna installations for ambulances, 100 Brodit vehicle chargers for MXP600 (or equivalent), 5 base radio telephones Motorola MXM600 Desk TEA2 (or equivalent), 5 UHF base antenna installations for dispatch centers, 3 Radio-Box DGT TETRA devices (or equivalent). Additionally, delivery and installation of an application for GPS position monitoring of radio telephones with visualization and archiving (e.g., ConSEL or equivalent) (1 unit), installation services for radio telephones in 50 ambulances and for 1 dispatch center. Implementation will take place in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship in two stages: Stage I (delivery of devices) from September 1, 2027, to November 30, 2027, Stage II (assembly of devices and software installation) from July 1, 2028, to September 15, 2028. The contract duration is from contract conclusion until September 15, 2028. Bidders must demonstrate at least one radio telephone delivery worth at least 400,000 PLN gross within the last 3 years. A performance bond of 5% of the gross offer price is required, further items as per the tender documents.
