Whole genome sequencing and data processing: Framework agreement for 3,000 pre-paid vouchers with a call-off contingent. Each voucher includes sequencing, data processing, and the provision of raw and processed data per analyzed biological sample. Sequencing and data processing are awarded jointly to one contractor, as the acceptance of sequencing quality and decisions on repetition/resequencing are based on QC feedback from the data processing.
