All-day catering services for patients of Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia sp. z o.o. in the hospitals Opole Lubelskie and Poniatowa: preparation, delivery, and in exceptional cases, distribution of meals to the patient's bed. The average daily quantity is a minimum of 180 to a maximum of 210 meals, with a total capacity of 210 beds. The estimated annual quantity is 64,800 (at min. 180 meals/day) or 75,600 (at max. 210 meals/day). The contract duration is 36 months; the actual scope of services depends on needs, and a reduction of up to 50% is possible. The service covers the following departments: Poniatowa Hospital (Internal Medicine with Cardiology and Endocrinology 32 beds, Rehabilitation 21 beds, Orthopedics and Traumatology 16 beds, Surgery with Gynecology and ENT/Oncology 31 beds) and Opole Lubelskie Hospital (Palliative Medicine 14 beds, Nursing and Treatment Facility 96 beds). Compliance is required with regulations (EC) No 852/2004, (EC) No 853/2004, the Act of August 25, 2006 on food safety and nutrition, and the Regulation of the Minister of Health of December 12, 2025 on the organizational standard for collective catering in medical entities.
