Includes 315 m² sand play area with wooden deck, benches, and various play equipment; 135 m² EPDM play area with various play equipment; 295 m² all-weather pitch with EPDM surfacing, 2 football goals, and 1 basketball hoop; 132 m² terrace area in front of the canteen for seating with a sun sail; 269 m² natural area with lawn and playhouse; 219 m² paved area under the north canopy in front of the group rooms; 149 m² paved paths around the building and between individual areas; 152 m² paved delivery yard on the east side with 3 parking spaces; 315 m² fire brigade access and parking space, as well as a track in front of the existing building as drivable lawn areas; 204 m² planting areas for visual screening and demarcation.
