Landscaping and Gardening Works for New Primary School and Sports Hall in Osthofen

Landscaping and gardening works: Construction of the schoolyard and other outdoor facilities, including civil engineering works for property drainage, for the new five-stream primary school and double sports hall in Osthofen. Services include delivery, installation, assembly, connection, commissioning, and maintenance of individual parts during the warranty period according to valid standards. This also covers preparation, workshop and assembly planning, coordination of service dates, sampling of system components, and supervision of expert inspections for systems requiring inspection. Required works include demolition and dismantling of existing construction site facilities, earthworks (excavation, backfill, trenching for lines), disposal of excess earth masses, foul water and rainwater main and collection pipes, fire water pipe and above-ground hydrant, path construction (concrete pavers and slabs, edgings, asphalt, water-bound surfacing), restoration of fire department access and access to the festival area, stair construction (concrete block steps, seating steps, handrails), surface drainage (drainage facilities, installation of main pipes), playground surfaces (wood chip fall protection, EPDM fall protection) – note: installation of playground equipment is provided by the manufacturer –, delivery and installation of outdoor furniture and tree grates, delivery and installation of shelters (bicycles, waste collection point), creation of permanent fencing (mesh fence with gates), planting and lawn works (trees, shrubs, ground cover, perennials, lawn seeding, meadow seeding). Completion care begins immediately after planting and must be carried out until June of the following year (calculated from planting).
