Gardening and landscaping works for the redesign of Willy-Brandt-Park, Construction Phase 03: Renewal and equipping of meadow areas south of a small forest. Includes demolition of turf, planting areas, topsoil, surface paving, lamp posts, and equipment elements; development with power lines and light poles including foundations; creation of a play area with ground works, play surfaces (plastic, wood chips), and single and multi-point swings; construction of a barefoot path and a barbecue area with paved surface and equipment elements; creation of fenced perennial and garden areas; construction of park paths with sub-base, water-bound path surfaces, and slab areas for furniture, with water-bound path surfaces predominantly featuring gravel-grass verges. Furthermore, delivery and installation of waste bins, dog waste bag dispensers, and lounge seating furniture; transport of standard benches and seating groups; delivery and installation of bicycle stands; relocation of 8 sleeves for election posters. Vegetation areas include lawns, woody plant and perennial areas, fields for urban gardening, and tree plantings. Coordination of other trades such as park signage and lighting elements must be factored in.
