Building and plant automation for the new construction of a primary school and 2-field sports hall: Planning and execution according to the DGNB certification system (Criteria Catalogue New Building 2018, Usage Profile New Educational Buildings NBI) and aimed QNG certification. The school building is a two-story timber construction with a flat roof and no basement, gross area ground floor approx. 3,650 m² and upper floor approx. 1,400 m². Included are six roof-mounted central ventilation units, approx. 130 fire dampers, approx. 170 volume flow controllers, approx. 350 analog inputs and outputs, approx. 475 digital inputs and outputs, and the installation of approx. 30,000 linear meters of cables of various cross-sections, including electrical works.
