Building and Interior Design for the Comprehensive Renovation of Walkenried Primary School

Building and interior design for the renovation of the existing Walkenried Primary School building: Basic services for service phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI Annex 10 will be awarded in stages. This includes special services such as inventory (on-site measurement) of the school building with assessment of the building substance (lump sum fee – service phase 1 / service level 1), creation of existing drawings (views, floor plans, sections) of the school building and gym, generation of a BIM model and ifc model from the measurement (lump sum fee – service phase 1 / service level 1), selection and completion of necessary forms according to the procurement manual (lump sum fee – service phase 7 / service level 3), collaboration in the creation of a possible funding application (time-based fee – service phase 3 / service level 1), creation of the funding utilization proof (time-based fee – beginning service phase 9 / service level 4), and monitoring of defect rectification within the limitation period (time-based fee – service phase 9 / service level 4). Additionally, the planning includes services for an interim solution in the form of a modern container facility: Basic services for service phases 1 to 8 according to HOAI Annex 10 will be awarded in stages. In service phase 5, the first basic service involves “creating a detailed object description as the basis for the service description with service program,” replacing the original basic services a to c according to HOAI Annex 10. In service phase 6, the second basic service involves “creating the service description with service program based on the detailed object description,” replacing the original basic services b and c according to HOAI Annex 10. In service phase 7, the third basic service involves “reviewing and evaluating offers from the service description with service program including price mirror,” replacing the original basic service c according to HOAI Annex 10. The percentage for service phase 5 is set at 10; for phases 6 and 7, the percentages according to § 34 Abs. 3 HOAI apply. The estimated service period for the entire building and interior design is November 2026 to July 2027, additionally including service phase 9 (4 years). Outdoor facility planning and specialist planning will be awarded separately; multiple applications are permitted.
