Offers are to be submitted without a deductible or alternatively with a deductible of EUR 2,500.00, with a potential inquiry for an annual aggregate deductible limit. Indicative offers should include extended elemental damage coverage for flood and inundation, with a minimum deductible of EUR 100,000.00 per claim/event in ZÜRS Category 1 and 2, and EUR 250,000.00 for damages to objects in ZÜRS Category 3. No insurance coverage is agreed for objects in ZÜRS Category 4. The annual maximum indemnity for elemental damage should be between EUR 10 and 20 million. The final requirement for elemental damage coverage will be decided after negotiation discussions.
