Building automation for construction phases BA 2 and BA 3, partially dismantling and new construction: For BA 2, field devices, automation, automation services/engineering, and switchgear are planned, along with preparation for connection to GLT and 3S central unit, including cabling and routes. For BA 3, field devices, automation, automation services/engineering, and switchgear are also planned, along with preparation for connection to GLT and 3S central unit, including cabling and routes. For BA 2 and BA 3, the existing building automation will be dismantled. For BA 1, defect rectification is planned, including inventory and technical inspection, rectification of defects in control cabinet technology and electrical installation, documentation and revision documents, measurement tests and standard verifications, data points+BACnet and automation level, system diagrams, and complete recommissioning and functional testing.
