Building automation for the new construction of a Fire Department Technical Center

Building automation system for the new construction of a Fire Department Technical Center (FTZ) in Lemke, Marklohe municipality: includes automation, room automation, and management levels for monitoring, control, regulation, and visualization of technical systems. The project comprises two central automation focus points, with additional points in the vehicle hall, workshop hall, and logistics hall. Room automation distributors in the electrical sub-distribution areas integrate sun protection drives, window contacts, and underfloor heating valves via I/O modules, and lighting via KNX-DALI actuators. Approximately 500 physical and 550 common data points are planned for plant technology; approximately 700 physical and 2,000 common data points for room automation. The space program includes approximately 8,200 m² of usable area and approximately 9,140 m² of outdoor areas on an approximately 3.4 ha construction site.
