EU-wide tender for the specialist planning of the demolition and hazardous substance remediation of existing buildings 31 and 32 on the LVR-Klinikum Düsseldorf site. The service includes inventory and hazardous substance assessment, the remediation and deconstruction concept, approval planning, tendering and awarding, as well as specialist construction supervision and documentation in accordance with service phases 1 to 8 of HOAI § 52 or AHO publication 18. The affected six- to seven-story solid constructions from 1973 show significant hazardous substance contamination such as asbestos, man-made mineral fibers (MMMF), PCBs, and PAHs. The aim of the measure is the complete clearing of the construction site for the subsequent hazardous substance-free new construction of two staff residences.
