Building automation for conference technology at the Old Parliament Building of the UN Campus: Adaptation and replacement of building automation due to the renewal of conference technology. This includes the dismantling of existing building automation, the setup of new infrastructure with 2 automation hubs (LEU), cable routes, and field devices, as well as programming and commissioning in coordination with media technology. Primary systems will not be adapted; only a local chilled water generation for media technology will be added, and existing primary systems will be adjusted in software and communicative data points. The work will be carried out during ongoing operations. Key quantities: 2 automation hubs (LEU), approx. 205 hardware data points including communicative field devices. Start of execution: November 2026, End of execution: May 2027.
