Building automation for a new building of the Kulturschule Gelsenkirchen, including an auditorium, cafeteria, and triple sports hall: The three-story passive house building comprises approximately 9 automation control points, approximately 99 room automation controllers, approximately 609 sensors (transducers, monitors, limiters, detectors), approximately 55 valves, approximately 23 control cabinet panels (indoor installation), approximately 11 control cabinet panels (outdoor version), approximately 113,000 m electrical wires and cables, approximately 1,200 m fiber optic cables, approximately 6,100 m small laying systems (clamps, collective holders, pipes), approximately 300 m cable trays, and approximately 250 fire dampers in modular BSK networks. The existing listed switch house, as well as outdoor areas such as Bastionsplatz and Festplatz, are integrated into the overall concept.
