Building planning services for the new construction of a social housing project at Alice-Salomon-Straße 1, 79111 Freiburg: Building planning services according to HOAI Part 3, Section 1, § 33 ff. for a four-story residential building with 29 housing units for approximately 60 people. The building comprises three full stories and one attic story. The apartment mix includes 19 micro-apartments (four of which are barrier-free), one unit for social care, four two-room apartments, and six large apartments. The planned living area is approximately 1,600 m². Initially, service phases 1 to 3 will be commissioned; service phases 4 to 9 are intended to be commissioned in stages, with no legal claim to their transfer.
