Lot 1 includes administration building, social building, operations building, central warehouse, workshop, Maxwehr, customer center, pumping station, sewage treatment plant, biomass combined heat and power plant (BMHKW) with office building, container facility, sample container, and outdoor storage container, with a total floor area of 10,740.76 m². Lot 2 includes transport operations, info point, Altstadt Zentrum and Freyung multi-storey car parks, as well as several outdoor toilets and public WCs, with a total floor area of 1,185.79 m².
