Building Cleaning and Facility Management for Schools

Building cleaning for Nagykovácsi Általános Iskola (2094 Nagykovácsi, Kossuth utca 101) with a usable area of 3,866 m² for 580 students and 58 staff: 25 classrooms, 3 group rooms, 1 specialized classroom, 1 gym, 1 exercise room, and common areas such as the auditorium, hallways on all floors, changing rooms, teacher's room, offices, and storage rooms. Cleaning takes place during school hours from Monday to Friday, 16:00 to 21:00, with one on-call cleaning staff member from 08:00 to 16:00. No on-call cleaning staff is required from July 1 to August 15. The service provider supplies all necessary cleaning agents, equipment, hygiene papers (toilet paper, hand towels), and soap, with all cleaning agents and textile cleaning tools required to comply with Regulation 235/2024. (VIII. 8.) Korm. rendelet § 5 a) or the obligation under b) must be assumed. At least 70% of soaps and hygiene papers must have a Type I eco-label. Two deep cleanings are to be performed annually during school holidays, as well as cleaning after painting or minor repairs. After school events, daily cleaning must be completed by 06:00 the following day, with the service provider providing an on-call cleaner during the event (average 3 events per school year).
