Building cleaning services for construction projects

Building cleaning services: Rough cleaning during the construction period, fine cleaning after completion of works, and post-cleaning of floor areas shortly before handover, divided into three construction phases. Construction phase 1 includes approx. 2,100 m² rough cleaning of floor area, approx. 960 m² rough cleaning of window area, approx. 960 m² fine cleaning of window area, approx. 1,880 m² fine cleaning of vinyl flooring including skirting boards, approx. 200 m² fine cleaning of floor tiles including skirting tiles, approx. 270 m² fine cleaning of wall tiles, approx. 80 m² fine cleaning of washable wallpaper, approx. 2,480 m² fine cleaning of wall surfaces with paint and/or wallpaper, cleaning of textile screens, interior doors, built-in cabinets, radiators, stairs, and approx. 100 m² post-cleaning of floor area. Execution times for construction phase 1: rough cleaning approx. calendar week 42 2026 or after contract award, fine cleaning approx. calendar week 01-03 2027, post-cleaning approx. calendar week 05 2027. Construction phase 2 includes approx. 2,750 m² rough cleaning of floor area, approx. 1,340 m² rough cleaning of window area, approx. 1,340 m² fine cleaning of window area, approx. 2,020 m² fine cleaning of vinyl flooring including skirting boards, approx. 560 m² fine cleaning of floor tiles including skirting tiles, approx. 400 m² fine cleaning of wall tiles, approx. 220 m² fine cleaning of washable wallpaper, approx. 2,480 m² fine cleaning of wall surfaces with paint and/or wallpaper, cleaning of textile screens, interior doors, built-in cabinets, radiators, stairs, elevator, and approx. 100 m² post-cleaning of floor area. Execution times for construction phase 2: rough cleaning approx. calendar week 29 2027, fine cleaning approx. calendar week 48-50 2027, post-cleaning approx. calendar week 05 2028. Construction phase 3 includes approx. 1,290 m² rough cleaning of floor area, approx. 760 m² rough cleaning of window area, approx. 760 m² fine cleaning of window area, approx. 1,120 m² fine cleaning of vinyl flooring including skirting boards, approx. 170 m² fine cleaning of floor tiles including skirting tiles, approx. 100 m² fine cleaning of wall tiles, approx. 20 m² fine cleaning of washable wallpaper, approx. 10 m² fine cleaning of wall surfaces with paint and/or wallpaper, cleaning of textile screens, interior doors, built-in cabinets, radiators, stairs, elevators, and approx. 100 m² post-cleaning of floor area.
