Building Repair for COPS Building in Varna Ferry Terminal

Repair works for a COPS building in the Varna Ferry Terminal: complete renovation of flat roofs on the 6th and 7th floors, restoration of drainage slopes, new waterproofing, new flashings and skirts along the edges made of galvanized sheet metal, new external waterproof doors (exits) on the roof, complete sealing of the 7th floor with cement boards, complete facade restoration on the 7th floor, replacement of broken glass in aluminum and wooden joinery, partial facade restoration including removal of swollen plaster, puttying, and painting, sealing of existing joinery, and partial repair of rooms, corridor, and sanitary facility with replacement of joinery and doors.
