Marché de travaux relatif à la réhabilitation et à l’extension des bâtiments sur le site du Rectorat de la région académique de Corse.
Lot comprenant des travaux de démolition réalisés à la fois sur des bâtiments anciens à caractère patrimonial ainsi que sur des bâtiments modernes à structure béton. Les prestations comprennent également des travaux de purge des existants (cloisons, sols et plafonds), ainsi que l’évacuation, le tri et le traitement des déchets issus des opérations de purge et de démolition. Des travaux de gros œuvre en béton armé sont prévus, incluant notamment une reprise en sous-œuvre importante. Des interventions de redéfinition des baies et des finitions en béton lisse sont également à réaliser. Le lot comprend par ailleurs une partie construction bois correspondant à la surélévation du bâtiment. Le mode constructif retenu s’apparente à des travaux de charpente avec la mise en œuvre d’éléments bois de type poteaux, poutres et solives.
