Building services works for a shared working environment (YTY) for 15 + 2 state clients in Seinäjoki: conversion of building parts A and partially B, including a new customer service point (Suomi-piste) on the first floor, a conference center on the second floor, and shared workspaces on floors 2-4. The basement contains social, storage, cleaning, and field equipment facilities. The total project scope is approximately 5,930 htm². The works involve changes to ventilation, water, and sewage systems, new electrical and IT technology, and the supplementation of existing systems such as security technology and access control. The conversion works will be carried out in 4 phases, with four user organizations remaining in the premises throughout the renovation and moving between areas. Another wing of the building will be in use 24/7.
