Building Reconstruction for Psychiatric Day Ward and Children's Rehabilitation in Słupsk
Reconstruction works on two former hospital buildings (No. 374 and 375) for the Mental Health Center in Słupsk: Expansion of the Adult Psychiatric Day Ward and establishment of a Children's Rehabilitation Day Ward. The works include site development with internal communication system and car parks, external installations for water supply, sanitary sewage, storm drainage with underground retention tank, heating, power with outdoor lighting and monitoring, photovoltaic installation, waste shed, volleyball court, outdoor gym, and revitalization of the historical park layout on plots No. 1062/3 and 1062/4 (ul. prof. Lotha) and 1056 (ul. Obrońców Wybrzeża) in Słupsk. Building permit No. 90/2024 from 24.06.2024 is available; detailed information is contained in the project documentation.
