Engineering services for the new construction of the Regenbogen day-care center: specialist planning for technical equipment according to HOAI 2021 Part 4, Section 2, plant groups 4-5, for a building with 328 sqm net floor area for 40 children (28 kindergarten, 12 crèche children), expandable by 8 children (1 mixed group) on an approximately 1,600 sqm plot. Commissioning of service phases 1-4 immediately, service phases 5-9 optional as a staged contract after approval of funding, no claim for commissioning of stage 2.
