Building design according to HOAI 2021 Part 3, Section 1 Buildings and Interiors, service phases 3-9, for the new construction of the Regenbogen daycare center in Stralendorf. The daycare center is planned for 40 children (28 kindergarten, 12 crèche children) with an expansion option for 8 children (1 mixed group) and has a net floor area of 328 sqm on a property of approx. 1,600 sqm. The contract is awarded in Stage 1 (service phases 3-4) immediately and in Stage 2 (service phases 5-9) after funding approval, with no claim for Stage 2.
