New construction of Regenbogen day-care center in Stralendorf

Engineering services for the new construction of the Regenbogen day-care center: Structural engineering according to HOAI 2021 Part 4 Specialist Planning, Section 1, for a building with 328 sqm net floor area on an approx. 1,600 sqm plot. The facility is designed for 40 children (28 kindergarten, 12 nursery children), with an option for expansion by 8 children (1 mixed group). The contract includes service phases 1-4; service phases 5-6 are optional as a staged contract. Stage 1 (service phases 1-4) is commissioned immediately, Stage 2 (service phases 5-6) after grant approval, with no entitlement to commissioning of Stage 2.
