Master plan for collective wastewater sanitation: Development of a multi-year management and planning tool to identify malfunctions and deficiencies in collection networks and treatment plants, propose improvements and solutions for a coherent and sustainable sanitation system at the municipal level, potentially considering inter-municipal networks. The study comprises 6 phases: inventory and data collection, measurement campaigns and field investigations, precise localization of network anomalies and malfunctions, assessment of sanitation system functioning (diagnosis), creation/update of 'collective/non-collective' sanitation zoning and public inquiry files, construction of the master plan.
