General planning services for the general renovation of the specialized classroom wing (Building N) of the Jacob-Grimm-Schule: Overall planning as the sole responsible party, covering essential architectural and specialist planning services according to HOAI service phases 1 to 9 for the structural realization. The existing usable area is approx. 2,515 m² gross floor area. Project contents include gutting and dismantling work, renewal of technical building equipment (heating, ventilation, electrical), student workstations with media supply (power, gas, water depending on teaching type), interventions in the existing structure for change/optimization of use or routing of technical lines, roof renovation and energy upgrade of the flat roof, PV system, fire protection measures, and an elevator.
