General planning services for energy decarbonization facilities in Schweinfurt

General planning services for the decarbonization of the existing combined waste/coal-fired power plant in Schweinfurt: Replacement of coal-based energy generation with renewable heat sources (non-fossil origin, waste heat, excluding wind/photovoltaic systems) and peak gas (gas-fired heat generation plants with at least 10 megawatts fuel heat output). This includes replacing coal with wood-based fuels and constructing a new gas boiler, as well as evaluating alternative solutions such as waste heat utilization. The planning services cover engineering structures (§§ 41 ff. HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 12 HOAI), structural engineering (§§ 49 ff. HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 14 HOAI), and technical equipment (§§ 53 ff. HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 15 HOAI), likely in three commissioning stages. Stage 1 (HOAI phases 1 and 2): Review and update of existing considerations, evaluation of alternative solutions to achieve cost-effective and CO2-neutral heat generation, development of an optimized preferred solution, assessment of five potential sites for the new gas boiler up to site selection, evaluation of possible fuel qualities considering gas infrastructure, grid hydraulics, and capacity; potential demolition and conversion measures. Stage 2 (HOAI phases 3, 4, and 6): Further development and concretization of the preferred solution, creation of a detailed design suitable for a permit application and functional tender, execution of the permit procedure. Stage 3 (HOAI phases 7, partial 5, and 8): Assistance with procurement, review of execution planning, object supervision.
