General planning services from service phase 5 (LPH 5) onwards for the replacement new building of the clinic (completion by 2030) and the new construction of a radiotherapy/nuclear medicine (NUK) facility (completion by 2028) at Friedrich-Ebert-Krankenhaus Neumünster: overarching general planning services, object planning services for buildings and interiors (§ 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI), technical building equipment (§ 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI), structural engineering (§ 51 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14 HOAI), outdoor facilities planning (§ 39 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 11 HOAI), fire protection (special service), building physics (according to Annex 1 HOAI), commissioning management (special service), and potentially further special and planning and expert services. Implementation will occur during ongoing operations; services up to LPH 4 have already been commissioned. Details are provided in the draft general planning contract and its annexes.
