General planning services for VT 900 utility building and planning specifications for kitchen modules

General planning services for the replacement new build of a VT 900 utility building in Panker Todendorf and creation of binding planning specifications for kitchen modules: Planning specifications for kitchen modules for supply participant numbers (VT) 300, 600, 900, 1200, based on current approved basic infrastructure requirements (status 2026), space requirement plans, and kitchen modules (status 07/2018), including granting of all usage and processing rights for multiple use. Planning and construction of a VT 900 utility building in Panker Todendorf, consisting of disposal, dining hall, and kitchen module, utilizing the VT 900 kitchen module and approved IPU for VT 600. The general planning services include object planning for buildings and interiors (service phases 2 to 9), technical equipment planning AG 1 to 5, 7, 8 (including kitchen planning, service phases 2 to 9 partially), structural engineering planning (service phases 1 to 6), object planning for engineering structures (service phases 2 to 9), object planning for traffic facilities (service phases 2 to 9), object planning for outdoor facilities (service phases 2 to 9), consulting services for fire protection planning and thermal building physics, each with special services according to specific service obligations and HOAI 2021. The replacement new build project for the building object and technical equipment planning is to be executed using the BIM method (use cases 030, 050, 060, 080, 180, 190, 200 at Level 1), with overall BIM coordination by the general planner. Commissioning will be phased, initially covering the creation of planning specifications and service phases 2 and 3.
