General planning services LP 3-9 for St. Nikolaus School in Kall: energy-efficient renovation of the existing building and structural extension by adding a floor. The energy-efficient renovation includes the upgrade of the building envelope, renewal of all windows and exterior doors, modernization of heating, ventilation, lighting, and building automation, replacement of the gas heating with a brine-water heat pump and geothermal probes, and the installation of a photovoltaic system. The structural extension involves adding a floor and reorganizing the first upper floor, creating additional classrooms, therapy rooms, support rooms, specialized rooms, as well as supplementary sanitary, technical, and ancillary areas. Furthermore, access, fire protection, and accessibility will be improved by expanding staircases, adapting elevator systems, and redesigning the entrance area. Technical systems will be relocated from the basement to upper floors. Outdoor facilities will be restored and enhanced after completion of the works. The construction period is approximately 24 months; a temporary container school as an interim solution (planned completion by summer 2027) is not part of these services.
